I was born and raised in Hurst, Texas, where I still live with my husband, Michael, whom I recently married in May 2022. I received my Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of North Texas in 2019. However, I soon realized my true passion was teaching, and I am currently pursuing an alternate certification in teaching for kindergarten through sixth grade. I have previous experience teaching middle and high school science at Fusion Academy in Southlake. I have also coached junior speech and debate at the home school speech and debate club I participated in throughout my high school years.
