Annual Tuition 2023-2024

Our All-Inclusive Tuition eliminates hidden fees: 

CCA does not charge facility fees, campus fees, athletic participation fees, fine arts fees, book fees, re-enrollment fees, supply fees, technology fees, or academic fees.

Pre-K 3 year olds

A Down Payment of 10% of each child’s annual tuition is due at contract signing and is non-refundable.

The Balance is payable using your choice:

  • A single payment for the full year at time of enrollment. (2% discount will be applied)
  • Two equal payments: (1) at time of enrollment, (2) by August 1.
  • Interest-free payments through FACTS Tuition Management. There is a one-time agreement fee (charged by FACTS) of $55. The first payment is due to FACTS on Day 5 or Day 20 of each month March-December.

New Students: A non-refundable Admission fee of $300 is due with each student application. This fee covers application processing, entrance testing, and initial registration.

Need Based Tuition Assistance is available to those that qualify. Families interested in financial aid can apply.

 

Grades PreK-4

Items Covered in Tuition – Books, School Supplies, Field Trips, and Achievement/Developmental Testing.

Items Not Covered in Tuition – School Uniforms, Spirit Wear, Lunches or Meals on Field Trips, Backpacks, Participation in Clubs, Class or School Parties, Musical Instruments, Summer Enrichment Courses and Camps, and After School Care.

Grades 5-12

Items Covered in Tuition – Books, Participation in Fine Arts Electives, Fine Arts Supplies, Participation in Athletics, Non-Consumable Athletic Uniforms, Field Trips, Achievement Testing, Labs, Retreats for Grades 9-12, and Graduation.

Items Not Covered in Tuition – School Uniforms, Spirit Wear, Lunches or Meals on Field Trips, School Supplies, Scientific Calculators, AP or College Entrance Exam Fees, Consumable Athletic Wear (items like shoes that cannot be passed on each year), Participation in Clubs or Honor Societies, Musical Instruments, Summer Enrichment Courses/Camps, and After School Care.
