When your family partners with Covenant Christian Academy, we help you reach all of those goals and more as we prepare your child for the life God has in store for them.

And we’re deeply committed to making our tuition affordable for as many families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as possible. In fact, we offer a short, on-demand recording that teaches parents how they can pay for a private school, and we have all-inclusive tuition, which eliminates hidden fees.

All-Inclusive Tuition

You won’t have to worry about facility fees, book fees, technology fees — or almost any other kind of fee — thanks to Covenant Christian Academy’s all-inclusive tuition.

Included with tuition are: 

• Books
• School supplies through 6th grade
• Fine arts electives
• Athletics
• Athletic uniforms (except shoes)
• Field trips
• Achievement testing
• Developmental testing
• Labs
• Graduation
• Senior retreat

You will need to pay for uniforms and spirit wear; lunches; musical instruments; after-school care; summer camps; optional class trips for 6th, 7th and 8th grades; and AP, dual credit or college entrance exam fees.

How to Pay Tuition

A down payment of 10% of each child’s annual tuition is due at contract signing and is non-refundable. The balance may be paid in one of three ways:

• A single payment for the full year at time of enrollment. (A 2% discount will be applied.)
• Two equal payments: One at the time of enrollment and the second payment by Aug.1. 
• Interest-free payments through FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS charges a one-time agreement fee of $55. The first payment is due to FACTS on day 5 or day 20 each month from March to December. FACTS accepts credit cards but charges an additional fee. Tuition insurance is required for this payment option. 

New Students: A non-refundable admission fee of $300 is due with each student application. This fee covers application processing, entrance testing, and initial registration.

Need-Based Tuition Assistance is available to those who qualify. Close to 25% of CCA families receive assistance, so families interested in financial aid should apply.
