Current Openings

 

Applicants for all positions should:

  • Be able to articulate a Christian worldview based on an active life of faith in Jesus Christ and faithful attendance in an evangelical church.
  • Have a degree in the field of teaching for which they are applying, or its equivalent.

Applicants for teaching positions should also:

  • Be able to describe the general distinctives of classical Christian schooling as compared with other conventional forms of education.
  • Be able to articulate a motivation to disciple students in an educational environment like CCA.

AP/Dual Credit Biology (Part Time with potential Full Time schedule)

  • Teach 12th grade advanced biology 
  • Requires a master’s degree with at least 18 hours of biology
  • May be combined with Math for a full-time position

 

HIGH SCHOOL MATH TEACHER (Part Time with potential Full Time schedule)

  • Teach 3 or more sections of high school math - primarily Geometry.
  • May be combined with other openings for a full-time position.

 

HIGH SCHOOL SPANISH TEACHER (Part Time with potential Full Time schedule)

  • Teach 2 sections of high school Spanish.
  • May be combined with other openings for a full-time position.

 

HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMIC SUPPORT TEACHER (Part Time with potential Full Time schedule)

  • Train students to navigate their academic work load successfully, provide timely feedback to parents, communicate with CASP Director, and other teachers about the progress of students.

  • May be combined with other openings for a full time position.

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL LATIN TEACHER (Full Time)

  • Responsible for Middle School Latin instruction.
  • Must possess facility with the Latin language and experience in using spoken Latin in the classroom.

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL ART TEACHER (Full Time)

  • Responsible for daily instruction of classical Christian art curriculum for Middle school (5th, 6th, 7th, and 9th grades)
  • Collaborate with Fine Arts team and other Art teachers on special projects
  • Prepare students for competition and display several times per year
  • Requirements include a Bachelor of Art Education or Art

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER  (Full Time) - Responsible for daily instruction of classical Christian curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a love for children, a sense of a call to teach, a minimum of three years experience, excellent classroom management, a beginning knowledge of classical methodology, be nurturing with a patient spirit, and maintain a dynamic and engaging teaching style.

 

EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER PreK 3 or PreK 4 (Full or Part Time) - Responsible for daily instruction of classical Christian curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a love for children, a sense of a call to teach, Teacher’s Certificate with Early Childhood, excellent classroom management, a nurturing spirit, and maintain a dynamic and engaging teaching style.


MARKETING DIRECTOR (Full Time) - Responsible for all areas of external and internal marketing including in-bound marketing, digital marketing, and social media management. Must be able to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, think strategically as well as creatively, and have digital advertising experience.
