Applicants for teaching positions should:

  1. Be able to articulate a Christian worldview based on an active life of faith in Jesus Christ and faithful attendance in an evangelical church.
  2. Have a degree in the field of teaching for which they are applying, or its equivalent.
  3. Be able to describe the general distinctives of classical Christian schooling as compared with other conventional forms of education.
  4. Be able to articulate a motivation to disciple students in an educational environment like CCA.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Full Time - 12 month with compressed summer hours). Direct the school's accounting practices according to board-approved policies. Oversee all financial functions and activities including monthly reports, reconciliations, and financial controls. For a full job description, please e-mail hr@covenantchristian.net

RECEPTIONIST (Full and Part Time position available). Manage the front desk with a cordial demeanor and good communication skills. Must be flexible, gracious, organized and calm with the ability to multi-talk. A high school diploma and the ability to use Microsoft Word are required.

CONCESSIONS COORDINATOR (Part Time).Oversee and manage concessions for volleyball, football, basketball, and baseball home games. Recruit and train volunteers. Maintain adequate menu and inventory for events.

AFTER SCHOOL COUGAR CLUB TEACHERS (part time) - Openings for ages PreK3 – 6thgrade.  Available hours are Monday – Friday 3:00-6:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for High school Seniors, College students, or parents needing additional income.  Must enjoy working with children.
