Candace Lambert
I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Along with a wide range of interests, I have a wide range of teaching experiences, from teaching English to fifth graders at a private school in Izmir, Turkey, to teaching 4th grade in the Plano Independent School District and teaching 3rd grade in Birdville Independent School District. I also served as an Assistant Principal in the Birdville Independent School District before I decided to stay home as a new mother. Later, I homeschooled my children classically through Classical Conversations of Bedford until the Lord called us to CCA.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? To be a violinist in the Chicago Symphony
Why do you choose to work at CCA? The Lord clearly called my family to CCA and opened the door for me to teach here, so I am walking in my calling, and I am very grateful for that. I am passionate about teaching and cultivating young leaders to impact our culture for Christ. I love our CCA community!
What is one fun fact about you? I have paraglided off a mountain in Turkey over the Aegean Sea.
What is your favorite book of all time? Duh. The Bible. Best book of all time.
What is one thing that can instantly make your day better? A word of encouragement.
What do you like to do for fun? Spend time with a good friend.
