CCA employs skilled individuals in non-teaching and coaching positions that are vital to the effective and efficient operation of the school. While not focused on our academic mission directly, these positions interact with students, teachers, parents, and others in our community every day. Teamwork in support of CCA's core values and programmatic success is an essential element of operational excellence.

 

Applicants for administrative and athletic positions should:

  1. Be able to articulate an active faith in Jesus Christ, demonstrated by faithful attendance in an evangelical church and a lifestyle and demeanor striving for Christ-likeness.
  2. A degree or demonstrated skill in the area for which you are applying.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to work in an environment that requires flexibility and patience.
