At CCA Swim, we believe strong foundations create lasting success. Our program theme, Foundation Forward, reflects our commitment to building both exceptional swimmers and exceptional young men and women. We focus on mastering the fundamentals, developing strong habits, and creating a culture where athletes pursue excellence, support one another, and grow in confidence through the process. Swimming teaches discipline, perseverance, resilience, and trust in a way few other sports can. Success is earned one practice, one stroke, and one small improvement at a time. The lessons learned in the pool extend far beyond competition and help prepare students to lead, serve, and make an impact wherever God calls them.

What makes CCA Swim special is our commitment to being For Each Other. We compete withone another, encourage one another, and celebrate growth at every level. Whether a studenthas been swimming for years or is considering joining the team for the first time, there is a lanefor them here.

Our faith serves as the foundation beneath everything we do. We strive to honor God throughour effort, attitude, and commitment to one another while pursuing excellence in the pool andin life. Our goal is not simply to build successful swimmers. It is to cultivate a love for the sport, develop young men and women of character, and build a program that strengthens CCASwimming for years to come.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

MEET THE COACH

Christina O’Regan

GradyMoyer

Christina O’Regan enters her first season as Head Swim Coach at Covenant Christian Academy.

A former collegiate swimmer at the University of North Texas, Christina was an Academic All-American athlete who understands firsthand the commitment, perseverance, and teamwork required to compete at a high level.

Following her collegiate swimming career, she spent more than a decade serving as a Naval Officer within the Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Special Warfare communities, leading teams in challenging environments around the world.

Those experiences shaped her belief that great teams are built through trust, accountability, encouragement, and servant leadership.

Vernon Wells Head Coach

Guided by her faith, Christina believes the pool deck is an opportunity to help young people grow in character, confidence, and community. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in encouragement and intentional development. Whether a student is stepping onto the pool deck for the first time or striving to compete at a high level, she is committed to helping every swimmer develop the gifts and potential God has given them.

As both a coach and proud CCA parent, Christina is grateful for the opportunity to support the mission of Covenant Christian Academy and invest in students as they grow in faith, character, and confidence both in and out of the pool.
