The Cougar Club Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the school’s after-school program in a manner that reflects and supports CCA’s mission, values, and biblical principles. This position provides leadership for program staff, ensures a safe and nurturing environment for students, and helps develop engaging activities that promote students’ spiritual, academic, social, and physical growth. The Director supervises daily operations, manages student attendance and behavior, communicates effectively with parents and school administration, and ensures compliance with all school policies and applicable regulations. The After School Care Coordinator serves as a positive Christian role model, fostering meaningful relationships with students and families while creating an atmosphere of care, respect, and Christ-centered learning.

The Substitute Teacher supports Covenant Christian Academy’s mission by providing effective classroom supervision and instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The Substitute Teacher maintains continuity of learning by implementing lesson plans, fostering a positive and orderly classroom environment, and modeling Christian character in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting the spiritual, academic, and relational development of students.
