The Theater instructor serves the Fine Arts Department by providing high-quality educational instruction for the middle and high school drama students. This position ensures that students receive comprehensive instruction through the analysis of plays, production aspects of a play, the study of playwrights, musical theatre, and philosophies of acting. Delivering instruction in techniques such as characterization, blocking and staging are an integral part of this position, as well. Emphasis is also placed on theatre etiquette and performance opportunities for all levels of instruction.
