The Varsity Head Basketball Coach leads Covenant Christian Academy’s basketball program with an athlete-focused, Christ-honoring approach that develops disciplined, unified competitors. This leader sets the vision, culture, and standards for program stewardship while building and leading a cohesive coaching staff committed to competitive excellence, quality teaching, and the holistic development of all student-athletes in the program from middle school to varsity level competition. The Head Coach partners closely with the Athletic Department, school leadership, and families to align the program with CCA’s mission and to pursue sustained competitive success through the formation of character, teamwork, and accountability.
The Varsity Football Assistant Coach serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role contributes to building a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity. Assistant coaches execute practice plans, develop athletes within their position group, and support game preparation and operations. This position requires strong teaching ability, reliability, teamwork, and alignment with the program’s culture, standards, and mission.
Support the Head of Program in building a Christ-centered volleyball program that develops skill, character, and teamwork. Provide quality instruction, model CCA’s mission and values, and help ensure program consistency, safety, and TAPPS compliance for Varsity (assistant/JV) and/or Middle School teams.
The Middle School Cheer Coach leads and develops student-athletes by teaching foundational cheer skills, promoting teamwork, and modeling Christ-centered character. This role is responsible for planning and conducting practices, preparing athletes for games and events, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture. The coach partners with the Athletic Department to support school spirit, athletic excellence, and the holistic growth of each student while ensuring safety, accountability, and alignment with Covenant Christian Academy’s mission and values.
The Director of Spiritual Formation and Student Culture provides leadership and oversight for student culture and spiritual formation across all grade levels, establishing clear vision, direction, and supervision for campus-wide initiatives. These initiatives include chapel programming, small group discipleship experiences, and service opportunities. The Director also develops new opportunities that strengthen worship, discipleship, personal growth, and the spiritual lives of students. The Director cultivates strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, faculty, and staff. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director provides leadership grounded in a biblical worldview and ordered toward wisdom, virtue, and truth.
High School Faculty at CCA advance and support CCA’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in curriculum and instruction. This role teaches dual credit Statistics and Calculus, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards. The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced mathematical content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.

The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced english content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership.
