This fee is intended to help offset rising operational costs, including facilities improvements, technology infrastructure, and safety initiatives.

Importantly, this new family fee will not apply to currently enrolled families. It will be charged only to new families entering CCA with students in grades K–12 and will be assessed one time per family, not per student.

How to Pay Tuition

down payment of 10% of each child’s annual tuition is due at contract signing and is non-refundable. The balance may be paid in one of three ways:

  • A single payment for the full year at time of enrollment. (A 2% discount will be applied.)
  • Two equal payments: One at the time of enrollment and the second payment by Aug.1. Tuition insurance is required for this payment plan.
  • Interest-free payments through FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS charges a one-time agreement fee of $55. The first payment is due to FACTS on day 5 or day 20 each month from March to December. FACTS accepts credit cards but charges an additional fee. Tuition insurance is required for this payment option.

New Students: A non-refundable admission fee of $300 is due with each student application. This fee covers application processing, entrance testing, and initial registration.

Need-Based Tuition Assistance is available to those who qualify. Close to 20% of CCA families receive assistance, so families interested in financial aid should apply.

  • Why does CCA offer tuition assistance?
    Tuition & Aid

Covenant Christian Academy offers tuition assistance to make a Christ-centered, classical education accessible to more families. Each year, we set aside budget funds and receive generous donations through the Christian Leaders’ Scholarship Endowment to support families in need. Assistance is typically capped at 50% of tuition and awards are based on financial need through a confidential process. Applying for assistance does not affect admission decisions. Learn more about our tuition assistance program .

  • Does applying for assistance impact my child’s admission?
    Tuition & Aid

Applying for tuition assistance does not affect your child’s admission. We evaluate applications for financial aid separately and do not consider them in our admissions decisions. We encourage families to apply for aid early and simultaneously with admissions to help with planning. If you have questions or want to discuss your application, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
