The Middle School Cheer Coach leads and develops student-athletes by teaching foundational cheer skills, promoting teamwork, and modeling Christ-centered character. This role is responsible for planning and conducting practices, preparing athletes for games and events, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture. The coach partners with the Athletic Department to support school spirit, athletic excellence, and the holistic growth of each student while ensuring safety, accountability, and alignment with Covenant Christian Academy’s mission and values.
Support the Head of Program in building a Christ-centered volleyball program that develops skill, character, and teamwork. Provide quality instruction, model CCA’s mission and values, and help ensure program consistency, safety, and TAPPS compliance for Varsity (assistant/JV) and/or Middle School teams.
High School Faculty at CCA advance and support CCA’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in curriculum and instruction. This role teaches dual credit Statistics and Calculus, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards. The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced mathematical content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.
