The Varsity Head Football Coach leads Covenant Christian Academy’s football program with an athlete focused and Christ honoring approach that draws out the best in every student athlete. This leader establishes the vision, culture, and standards for courageous competition and program excellence. The Head Coach builds and leads a unified coaching staff committed to quality teaching, purpose-driven culture, and holistic athlete development spiritually, mentally, physically, and relationally. This role works in close partnership with the Athletic Department, school leadership, and families to ensure alignment with CCA’s mission, values, and long term vision while pursuing sustained competitive success.
The Elementary Physical Education Teacher provides engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education instruction that builds fundamental movement skills, fitness, teamwork, and Christ-centered character. This role creates a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where students grow physically, socially, and spiritually. The teacher partners with faculty and the Athletic Department to support student development, promote lifelong healthy habits, and advance Covenant Christian Academy’s mission and values.
The Head Middle School Football Coach leads and develops student-athletes by teaching fundamental football skills, fostering teamwork, and modeling Christ-centered character. This role plans and leads practices, prepares athletes for competition, and builds a disciplined, positive, and encouraging team culture. The coach partners with the Athletic Department to support athletic excellence, spiritual formation, and the holistic development of each student while ensuring safety, accountability, and alignment with Covenant Christian Academy’s mission and values.
The Middle School Cheer Coach leads and develops student-athletes by teaching foundational cheer skills, promoting teamwork, and modeling Christ-centered character. This role is responsible for planning and conducting practices, preparing athletes for games and events, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture. The coach partners with the Athletic Department to support school spirit, athletic excellence, and the holistic growth of each student while ensuring safety, accountability, and alignment with Covenant Christian Academy’s mission and values.

The High School Principal serves as the spiritual, instructional, and operational leader of the high school division. The Principal advances and sustains the school’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to what is best for students. This role provides clear leadership for a rigorous, classical, college-preparatory academic program grounded in a biblical worldview and ordered toward wisdom, virtue, and truth.
The High School Principal cultivates strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, faculty, and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. The Principal leads faculty development, supervision, and evaluation, ensuring high standards of instruction and alignment with the school’s classical philosophy. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Principal oversees student performance data, supports continuous academic improvement, coordinates faculty efforts, and contributes to school-wide strategic initiatives. This role requires a relational leadership approach, sound judgment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead thoughtfully through challenge and change.
Spanish I & II, Dual Credit Spanish III & AP Spanish
High School Faculty at CCA advance and support CCA’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in curriculum and instruction. This role teaches Spanish I, Spanish II, Dual Credit Spanish III, and Dual Credit AP Spanish, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards. The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced foreign language content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.

This role teaches dual credit Statistics and Calculus, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards. The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced mathematical content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.
The Theater instructor serves the Fine Arts Department by providing high-quality educational instruction for the middle and high school drama students. This position ensures that students receive comprehensive instruction through the analysis of plays, production aspects of a play, the study of playwrights, musical theatre, and philosophies of acting. Delivering instruction in techniques such as characterization, blocking and staging are an integral part of this position, as well. Emphasis is also placed on theatre etiquette and performance opportunities for all levels of instruction. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and a service-minded approach that supports excellence in the Performing Arts.
The CASP Director provides clear leadership and direction for the entire academic support program, guiding CASP teachers in the academic and spiritual development of CASP students. This role is responsible for building a healthy, Christ-centered culture that promotes excellence, fosters growth, and reflects the values of our academic program. The Director leads with clarity and purpose, invests in student, parent, and teacher relationships, and ensures every aspect of the program is fully aligned with CCA’s mission. In partnership with the School Division Principals, the Director is also responsible for upholding all program and school policies and ensuring that the CASP teachers consistently model and reinforce the mission, values, statement of faith, and expectations of Covenant Christian Academy.
The School Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial stewardship, and strategic development of the school store in a manner that supports the mission and culture of the school. This role ensures an efficient, well-managed retail environment that serves students, families, faculty, and visitors while reinforcing school spirit and brand integrity. The Manager maintains accurate inventory and financial controls, delivers excellent customer service, supervises student or parent volunteers as applicable, and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. Through thoughtful planning and operational excellence, the School Store Manager contributes to a positive campus experience and supports the broader goals of the school community.
