Before You Begin

This online form simplifies the process of participating in the Bring It Home campaign. It's divided into several simple sections. Before you begin, consider the following:

  • which of the four types of donations you may wish to make, as explained in the section below
  • whether you'd like to honor or memorialize someone with your donation, or donate anonymously
  • who in your extended family—like grandparents—may also be interested in helping CCA build out its strategic athletic facilities (referrals)
  • a brief optional testimony about what CCA has meant to you and why you would encourage others to participate in this special campaign.

You can complete this form in a single sitting or save your work at any point by clicking Save and Resume Later at the bottom of any page. You will receive a custom Resume Link to retrieve your form for up to 30 days. You must save that link in order to resume later. We recommend that you email the link to yourself.

Terms & Definitions

We thought we'd explain the meanings of the terms used in this form to avoid confusion and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Total Cash Gift: The total cash amount you are committing to donate throughout the entire Bring It Home campaign through March 2021.

Securities: Publicly-traded securities (stocks, bonds, funds) that can be liquidated immediately.

Gifts in Kind: CCA may accept donations of material goods and services (ex., concrete, landscaping, flooring) that can be put to immediate use in the construction process, with the concurrence of our General Contractor.

Assets: Assets may include property, vehicles, etc., that have clear title and can be readily and easily liquidated. Assets with contingencies (ex., real estate with an existing lien) will require professional assessment. CCA's Board of Trustees must approve all asset donations.

Naming Rights: Putting a designated name on one of the facilities. Naming Rights are subject to CCA's Development Policies and approval of the Board of Trustees.

Tax Deductibility: All gifts are tax deductible. Please consult your personal financial advisor to ensure your greatest tax deduction.
