Sharon Huddleston
I am originally from Orange County, California. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from UC San Diego. I worked in the private sector and for city government for several years before changing to education. I taught in Irving ISD (2 years) and Coppell ISD (8 years) and earned a Master's degree in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I spent one year as a school counselor and then stayed home to be a mom. I am now delighted to teach at CCA!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Killer whale trainer
Why do you choose to work at CCA? I like being part of a Christ-centered school that is committed to the spiritual development of students as well as the educational development.
What is one fun fact about you? I bred and sold fish when I was about 12.
What is your favorite book of all time? I've liked them all equally and don't have a favorite!
What is one thing that can instantly make your day better? A good song, or something funny!
What do you like to do for fun? Travel or spend time outdoors
