I graduated from TCU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Middle School Math. I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University. I started my teaching career in Irving ISD, where I taught 6th-grade math for six years and served as an Elementary Math Interventionist. In 2015, I joined the CCA staff and taught 6th-8th grade math for three years. I stepped away from the classroom for a time and immersed myself in the school’s Moms in Prayer group. This year is my family’s 8th year at CCA, as my kids started in PreK and are now in 4th and 5th grade.
