RHETORIC SPANISH TEACHER (2017-18, full time) - Spanish teacher who can teach in the context of a classical curriculum.  Candidates should have an advanced speaking and writing proficiency, an ability to effectively communicate grammar, and great passion for Hispanic cultures.  A teachable disposition and a strong sense of collaboration are essential qualities for this position. Candidates must submit a writing sample in Spanish and be willing to speak in Spanish during the interview. 

 

THEATER COSTUMER (part time stipend) - Responsible for designing costumes for Logic and Rhetoric productions (3 per year). Collaborate with the production directors and the production team to create the overall aesthetic of each show. Familiarity with basic sewing and costume construction techniques is a must. Need to have the ability to be flexible, solve problems, and work as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Theater design or related field and design experience in theater arts is preferred.

PRIVATE GUITAR or DRUM INSTRUCTOR (Part-time). Teach private lessons after school hours beginning August 2017. Prepare students for one-two recitals per year. Compensation is paid by the lesson at a rate of $20 per 30- minute lesson.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS – Must have a high school degree, college is preferred. Must be 21 years or older and passionate in their Christian faith. Substitute teachers are responsible for all fingerprinting costs.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL COUGAR CLUB TEACHERS (part time) -Openings for ages PreK3 – 6th grade.  Available hours are Monday – Friday 7:00-7:45am and/or 3:00-6:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for High school Seniors, College students, or parents needing additional income.  Must enjoy working with children.
