Registration Fee:  $30 non-refundable fee per family per year. If you continue lessons in the spring, you do not need to pay another fee. Lessons will be assigned on a first come first served basis.  Your child will not be put on the lesson schedule without the signed contract, registration fee and full tuition payment for the fall semester.

Lesson Payment: Lessons will be paid for by the semester and the pricing for each is listed below. Make checks payable to CCA, and write SOTA in the memo, and turn in the required paperwork and check to Cindy Drewski in the Westminster building.

Scheduling Lessons:  Once the required paperwork and fees are received, Mrs. Owens will assign a teacher. She will contact you sometime between January 18-20 and give you the teacher assignment and the lesson day/time. Lesson times will vary depending on the teacher and the student’s schedules. Lessons are scheduled after school and a limited number of lessons during the day for upper school students with the classroom teacher’s and parent’s approval.

Instruments:  It is the parents’ responsibility to provide an instrument for the student. Instruments can be rented or purchased. Please see the Instrument rental page for more information.
