* Pre-K three year olds must be three by June 1. Pre-K four year olds must be four by September 1. Kindergarten students must be five by September 1.

Tuition Coverage

Logic and Rhetoric School Tuition

  • Covered: books, participation in Fine Arts, electives, Fine Arts supplies, participation in athletics, non-consumable athletic uniforms, field trips, achievement testing, labs, and graduation.
  • Not Covered: school supplies, scientific calculators, hot lunch, cheerleading uniforms, consumable athletic wear (items that cannot be passed on each year), meals during field trips, AP exams, participation in clubs or honor societies, uniforms, spirit wear, musical instruments, summer enrichment, social events, and After School Care.

Grammar School Tuition

  • Covered: books, school supplies, field trips, and achievement testing.
  • Not Covered: hot lunch, backpacks, participation in clubs or honor societies, class or school parties, spirit wear, uniforms, musical instruments, summer enrichment, and After School Care.

Summary

  • A Down Payment of 10% for each child's tuition is due at contract signing and is non-refundable.  Once both parties sign student contract, tuition payments for the entire school year are required and are non-refundable.
  • Tuition may be paid using two options:
    • Single payment for the full year's tuition: Full payment made directly to Covenant Christian Academy.
    • Monthly Tuition Payments:  Payments will be automatically drafted from specified bank account for a one-time yearly fee of $38. For more information, please contact the Business Office at 817-281-4333 x156.
